Excel builds to our partners’ specifications, supporting product development and sampling along the way. Every program runs through the same El Paso floor under the same quality system.
Ballistic carriers
Build-to-spec carrier shells for plate, soft armor, concealable, and external configurations. Excel produces the textile system; our partners integrate ballistic components.
Deployment bags
Assault packs, transit bags, weapons cases, medical, kit, duffel, and specialty configurations — MOLLE/PALS, laser-cut construction, agency colorways.
Technical & protective gear
Flame-resistant and safety-critical apparel where construction standards carry real consequence — FR coveralls, turnout gear, extreme cold weather systems, and mission-critical uniform components.
Seam sealing
Waterproof seam taping for wet weather and moisture barrier systems — the finishing capability that turns a water-resistant garment into a waterproof one.
Laser cutting
Two dual-head asynchronous laser cutters, offered as a standalone service — not just internal sewing feed. Materials, bed size, and throughput on request.
Cut, sew, pattern & sample
The full cut-and-sew stack, in one facility, for build-to-spec programs. Pattern making, sample development, cutting, sewing, QC, packing, shipping.
