Excel Manufacturing employee messaging terms

Effective date: October 29, 2026.

The program

The Excel Manufacturing employee messaging program provides workplace and HR announcements, reminders to review or correct timekeeping information, relevant onboarding or employment-process updates, and replies to questions you send to HR. It is not a retail promotional program. The specific topics and channels offered to you will be explained when you opt in.

Messages may be delivered by WhatsApp or, where separately enabled and permitted, SMS. RCS is planned and is not currently a launched or approved channel for this program. Availability depends on your device, carrier, country and the enabled company services. We will not assume that consent to one channel authorizes another.

Permission and frequency

You choose whether to receive optional program messages. Providing contact details for employment, submitting an application, or starting a single conversation does not automatically enroll you in recurring messages. Enrollment requires a clear choice for the stated program and channel. HR can explain other ways to obtain important workplace information.

Message frequency varies. It depends on the updates you agreed to receive and the conversations you initiate. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for applicable charges.

Stopping, restarting and help

To unsubscribe, send STOP in the messaging conversation, or ask HR to remove you from the program. You do not need to explain why. A confirmation may be provided when supported. If you use more than one channel, you may stop each one or ask HR to stop all optional program messages.

To request messaging assistance, send HELP in the conversation or contact (915) 544-0126 or info@excelmfg.net. HELP may be handled by HR; this draft does not promise an immediate automated response. To restart, contact HR. START can restore a previously consented channel only when the number and earlier permission can be verified; it does not create a first-time enrollment.

Replies and delivery

You may reply to the business conversation. Replies are subject to the channel’s availability and permissions; a delivery indicator is not a promise that HR has read or acted on a message. WhatsApp’s rules can limit when HR may send a free-form reply or require an approved template. Messages are not monitored continuously and should not be used for emergencies.

Messages can be delayed, blocked or lost. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. If a matter is urgent, use your normal direct workplace contact. Notify HR when your number changes so messages are not sent to a new holder of the old number; these terms do not impose liability on you for failing to opt out before a number change.

Employee records and privacy

A message or reply does not itself clock you in, approve hours, establish paid time or authorize a payroll correction. HR follows the ordinary timekeeping and review process. Do not send sensitive identity, financial or medical documents through ordinary messages.

See the Employee messaging privacy policy for information about records, providers, choices and contact details.
