We do everything in house.
Specific openings vary, but Excel runs its own production, maintenance, and administration. That means we hire across the whole business, not just the sewing floor.
Production & skilled operators
Cutting, sewing, laser cutting, seam sealing, quality inspection, packing. Bilingual welcome.
Engineering & quality
Entry-level through senior engineers, quality leads, ISO 9001 auditors. MIL-SPEC experience valued but not required — we train.
Maintenance & mechanics
Industrial sewing machine mechanics, facility maintenance, equipment technicians.
Accounting & administration
Accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, purchasing, and office administration.
Program & production management
Program managers with DoD or prime-contractor experience, production planners, schedulers.
Pattern & sample development
Pattern makers, sample sewers, grading and marking specialists.
